Real estate deals have unique requirements that are not always met by the parties executing the closing. In most cases, a closing agent is appointed by the seller and so represents the seller, not the buyer.

A prudent buyer or seller will retain the services of a representative to protect their interests. Throughout the transaction, closing representation comprises in engaging with the other party's closing agent. Additionally, it involves the provision of a contract review and consulting services both before and after the contract is signed, as well as the evaluation of all title, closing, and financial papers.

Undetected contract problems and document review oversights can result in overcharges and, in certain situations, certain flaws jeopardizing a party's interest in the property. We become intimately involved to ensure that our clients are handled fairly and have clear knowledge of what is going through the closing process.
